Operating in rich volcanic soil under shade trees like macadamia and Grevillea, the facility handles a biannual harvest using selective hand-picking, wet pulping, 12–24 hour fermentation, and 7–15 days of sun-drying on raised African beds. Managed on-site from weighing through final grading, the factory provides vital community support through farmer pre-financing programs and promotes environmental care via wastewater soak pits and tree-planting initiatives.
